The Lifestyle Tropical is the essence of a true tropical beachfront resort experience. The buildings are low rise Mediterranean style, amid Caribbean style thatched roofs and cobblestone walkways, comfortably blending with the surrounding mountain ranges and, in front, the golden sands and the sparkling silvery hues of Cofresi Beach.
Most of the rooms open to a balcony overlooking Cofresi Beach; others offer spectacular mountain, garden or pool views. The resort has been newly renovated and its interiors have been furnished very tastefully in soft whites and creams to keep the elegant Caribbean flair.
The facilities have been created to provide a first class vacation experience: In addition to two swimming pools, two pool bars and a beach club, there is a choice of excellent restaurants: the Italian Bellini Pizza & Pasta, the Indochine Asian Fusion, The Blue Lagoon Caribbean Seafood & Grill, the El Zorro with Tex-Mex cuisine, the international buffet restaurants Casablanca and Rainforest, plus Disco and Lounge.
Aromatherapy, seaweed, body wraps, facials and many other beauty treatments for men and women are available at Metamorphosis, the Caribbean largest chain of spas, right in the resort. There is an executive golf course, a private riding school, as well as its own Lifestyle Holidays Polo Club at approximately 1.5 km from the resort.
Other facilities include a PADI 5 star diving school and water-sport center, tennis courts, amphitheater with more than 2,000 people capacity, daily programmed activities, evening entertainment and a supervised Mini-club.

All Inclusive
The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:30), Continental breakfast (10:30-11:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (18:30-22:00), all buffet style, served in the Tropical buffet main restaurant. During meals wine is offered. Also at the disposal of the AI guests are four A la Carte restaurants upon reservation; El Zorro Tex-Mex (19:00-22:00, at Vitalis Club), Blue Lagoon – Seafood & Grill (19:00-23:00), Indochine Asian restaurant (19:00-22:00), Bellini – Pasta & Pizza (19:00-22:30). Snacks, light lunches and midnight snacks are available from 12:00-16:00, 16:00-17:30 (tea snacks) & 23:30-06:30 as well as salads, pizza, pasta and sandwiches between 12:00 & 15:00 at the Bellini. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like cocktails, liqueurs, fruit juices, beer, spirits, wine, soft drinks, etc are served at the beach bar (24hrs), the Las Canas pool bar (10:00-23:00) and at the lobby bar (12:00-23:00).
Sports and Entertainment
Sport facilities at the hotel include full day activities programme (jogging, games, occasional live music), Spanish lessons, beach & pool volleyball, two hard surface tennis courts (daytime), bicycles, non-motorized water-sports (snorkelling, introductory scuba diving lesson in the pool, boogie boards, kayaks), two swimming pools with a waterfalls and kid’s sections, one quiet swimming pool, beach & pool chaise loungers & towels, evening entertainment & live shows at the amphitheatre, health & fitness (fitness centre, aqua-aerobics, yoga, stretching, Tai-Chi, jogging track) and entertainment offering Low Key evening animation programme, entrance to the disco and dancing lessons. For kids there is a supervised kid’s club (09:00-17:00), daily activities programme for children aged 4-12 yrs old and mini disco. There is also shuttle service around the resort.
Accommodation
The seven buildings, which constitute the Lifestyle Tropical, are low-level Mediterranean structures that comfortably blend in with the sub-tropic surroundings. In total 282 rooms make up the resort; 53 of them are junior suites. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom, balcony or terrace, A/C, colour cable TV, direct dial telephone, hairdryer, safety deposit box and mini fridge. Voltage is at 110V.
