The Ramada Hacienda Resort is the essence of the Hacienda Resorts. Standard Rooms, Jr Suites and Suites have two queen or one king-size bed, bathroom, hairdryer, ceiling fan, telephone, color cable tv, in room-safe (fee), mini fridge and private balcony or terrace. Suites also include kitchen and sleeping sofa. 319 Air-conditioned rooms and suites.

Tropical - International buffet. Exclusively for Tropical and Karisma Deluxe Villas guests, this buffet is by far the most extensive. Open for breakfast from 7:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m., lunch from 12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m., and dinner from 6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Bamboo - Asian cuisine - located at the Hacienda Tropical. The Bamboo serves a la carte exquisite Oriental food exclusively for Tropical and Karisma Deluxe Villas guests as an exotic alternative. With Eastern delights ranging from spring rolls to prawn dishes, the cuisine of the Orient has successfully been imported to the Dominican
Republic. Casual elegant dress. Open for dinner from 6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Reservation required.
Beach Club - The Beach Club serves a barbecue lunch buffet-style for all Hacienda Resorts guests. BBQ and snacks open for lunch from 12 Noon - 4:00 p.m. and midnight snacks from 11:30 p.m. - 1:30 a.m.
Blue Marlin - seafood and Steak Restaurant. Directly on the beach, this romantic restaurant, though not inclusive,
offers mouth-watering delicacies for dinner, while gazing at the sea and the stars.
Rose Gourmet Restaurant - Located at the new Melrose Plaza, this gourmet restaurant is fine dining at its best. Not part of the All Inclusive.
