Throughout the development process, we have gone to great lengths to minimize the environmental impact of the project by harmoniously integrating the development with its surroundings. The roof-gardens, for instance, form an integral part of our structure and they were designed to embrace and enhance the rich, natural beauty of Sint Maarten. Looking out from the garden and from the higher floors of Royal Islander Club "La Terrasse", you are transported to the top a lush green hill dramatically overlooking the ocean.
