Dining
Our 150 seat Aubergine Grille is a show kitchen restaurant, where you can watch our culinary masters prepare your meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Aubergine, the French name for eggplant is an extremely adaptable vegetable and reflective on the versatility of our menus and atmosphere.
With floor-to-ceiling windows that command views of the majestic snow-crested Rainbow and Sproat Mountains, seating in the Aubergine Grille spills over to an additional 80 seats in the summer months to a patio that is considered in Whistler as the place to be for sunset dining.
The menus change seasonally and for dinner, the entrees are perfectly paired with a bottle of wine from our extensive wine list. With windows, nearly floor to ceiling, the views of the mountains are breathtaking, and in the summer the views are much closer as seating in the Aubergine Grille spills out to a patio that is considered the place to be for dining.
Activities
Whistler is a four-season resort and in the summer it becomes a mecca for golfers. Known as having an avenue of designer golf courses' you can take in a round at an Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, Robert Trent Jones, or Robert Cupp designed courses. But Whistler is more than just golfing in the summer. We can arrange through the Explore Whistler activity desk, located on Level 1, the following summer activities:
