The Grand Oasis Riviera Maya is located in the heart of the Mayan Riviera, from where it takes his name. It is about 95 Kms. from the Cancun International Airport, 15 Kms. from Tulum, well-known for its Mayan ruins on the sea and 25 Kms. from Playa del Carmen for shopping, dining, dancing and relaxation on the beach. Close to the eco-parks of Xel-Ha and Xcaret and only minutes from Akumal.

This casual beach resort attracts a largely European clientele of couples and families. Low-rise buildings housing guestrooms are spread out along the edge of the Caribbean’s blue-green waters. Open-air, thatched roof huts house most of the public areas, lending a spacious, airy feeling to the resort.
A vast coral reef lies less than one km (one-third of a mile) off the resort’s powdery, white-sand beach, making the calm, clear water perfect for snorkeling. The resort also has four pools (including a quiet pool), two theaters with regular evening shows, seven restaurants, eight bars, and on-site tour services. The Kin Ha Spa offers a variety of beauty and spa treatments (surcharges), a Temazcal steam bath, and yoga classes.
Rooms
The 180 guestrooms are decorated in a warm Mexican style, only steps away from the beach. They are cool, spacious, designed to be a relaxed refuge. They have all the facilities and comfortable services to spend a wonderful holiday. Our standard guestrooms are cozy and comfortable with a simple decoration in a good taste, where you will be able to rest totally and enjoy at the most.

Amenities
Three of the Grand Oasis Riviera Maya’s four pools are located by the beach and are the sites of daily activities; the fourth is at the back of the property and is designated a quiet pool. Guests have access to two lighted hard-surface tennis courts (surcharge for night use), a multipurpose court, and a pitch and putt course. An on-site spa offers beauty treatments for a surcharge and yoga classes, and guests can work out at a fitness center. Nightly performances take place in two open-air theaters.
Grand Oasis Riviera Maya guests receive complimentary exchange privileges for all facilities at the other six Oasis resorts, including access to all food and beverage outlets.
Beautiful Accommodations
The resort offers 288 air-conditioned guestrooms and suites in four buildings. Room decor features textured terracotta walls in calming earth tones, white ceilings, modern Mexican-style furniture of dark wood and forged iron, marble floors and wood ceilings in the dressing/vanity areas. Most rooms offer a terrace overlooking the lush gardens. Rooms, gardens, terraces, pools - your stay at Grand Oasis Riviera Maya will leave you surrounded by an enchanted environment.
The tropical climate along with the soft ocean breeze invites you to enjoy the never ending beaches of Akumal Bay. If you prefer relaxing near the pool, there are three pools - inclduing a new infinity pool. Akumal beach is considered one of the most beautiful in the Mexican Caribbean offering you the opportunity to explore the live and vibrant coral reef only a few yards away, or just relax on one of the lounge chairs under a palm tree!
Guests of Grand Oasis Riviera Maya enjoy special discounts at the Cancun Golf Club at Pok-Ta-Pok, an 18-hole championship course designed by Robert Trent Jones.

Visit our marina and enjoy unlimited, non- motorized water sports like Kayaks, Pedal boats, Surfboards, etc. Fins, masks and snorkels are available at the marina for unlimited snorkeling. Unlimited play on our Pitch and Putt course; irons and golf balls not included.
